Let’s take a moment and look back at our eighth National Convention and relive the excitement that created this momentum. Our event was held at the City Recital Hall in beautiful Sydney, Australia. Our Market Australia family filled the hall with excitement that easily carried over the two days and has spread back to the hometowns of everyone.
We started the event with a workshop explaining the importance of public speaking in our business and providing tips on how to improve in this discipline. The general sessions were designed to meet yuor needs in every aspect of your business, regardless of your tenure or Pin Level.
Our guest speakers, Dennis Franks - Market America’s Executive Vice President and June Lui – Field Vice President, both did exceptional jobs at training and delivering messages that were both informative and entertaining.
Our corporate team members, Vice President of Sales & Marketing Daniel Whited, and Director of Training Wanda Williams, assisted in covering topics from ‘Attitude & Knowledge’ to the UnFranchise program and PATLive; Base 10, Seven Strong; UFO Apprentice; products updates; and our enhanced Personal Consumption program.
We extensively covered the Web Portal, including our ma cashback program, and the importance of you and your customers shopping through your portals. Our Affiliate Store Manager Jacqueline Vandine, gave a very insightful and entertaining presentatio on our Partner Stores and provided a welcomed surprise of products.
Dr. Jeff Strong, Director of Scientific Communication for Horphag Research, returned to disseminate information on the many health benefits of Pycnogenol pine bark found in our flagship product Isotonix OPC-3.
Dennis Franks empowered us all as he shared the MA big picture and his knowledge from 30 years experience in the industry.
Other presentations included the introduction of new Motives By Loren Ridinger products and how they can help grow your business by our Director of Training for Motives, Sal Esser.
There were exciting and informative topics like the Transitions Lifestyle System and the MA WebCentres program.
Based on the surveys tabulated from the event, as well as our assessment, we had an extraordinary event and our 2010 Leadership School in Melbourne promises to be even better.
